
1. You are overeating.

When we overeat the body has to spend a lot of its energy digesting it.
On the flipside if you eat at fairly fixed times and keeps the meal light you will feel energized almost instantly.
2. Sleep quality is poor.

Probably you are not sleeping at the right time. It does matter when you sleep. Modern studies and ayurveda both consider 10pm to 12 midnight as precious hours of sleep.
• Don’t drink coffee after 3 pm.
3. You are inactive/ always sitting.

Nowadays we spend most of the time on the bed, in the car, on the chair, on the couch . Prolongs sitting make the body weak and tired.
• Exercise daily.
It’s proven today that when we keep the body active out heart pumps more blood and oxygen reach the organs which increases energy.
4. You don’t eat fresh food.

If we eat junk we can’t expect it to strengthen the bodily tissues.
A serving of fresh seasonal fruits, fresh juice, freshly cooked homely meals supply the body with high pranic energy.
5. Emotional and mental stress.

Stress is an energy drainer. It can be stress of relationship, tension at workplace, financial instability or social isolation.
• Spend 15 minutes doing pranayama and then see how your body will be energized.
6. Low blood count.
This essentially means that you have low number of red blood cells.
Some foods which are highly effective in increasing the number of red blood cells.
• Dry dates milk.
• Beetroot carrot juice.
• Pomegranate.
