Power of being alone

Someone can lost in loneliness and on the other hand someone can found themselves by being alone.

• Loneliness is a feeling but solitude is a decision.

(iv) Reduces stress

(v) Better mental health

(vi) You learn to love yourself

How to make solitude a habbit?

1. Acceptance.

2. Start small.

3. No phone/ No person when you spend alone time.

4. Go on a walk.

5. Journaling.

6. Meditation.

7. Explore creativity.

British journal of psychology research on 15000 peoples and found that:-

•The more a person lives in a populated place, the less he is happy.

•Most intelligent people know how to be happy alone .
